All merchandise purchased from MillsKennedyJewelry.com may be returned by mail within 30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise indicated at the time of on-line purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, we will accept your timely return of unworn and unwashed merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price.

Returned merchandise must be in the MillsKennedyJewelry.com packaging in which it was received accompanied by the original invoice. Please note that some items come with a GIA Appraisal Certificate, which must be returned with the item as well, in order to process a full refund.

The item must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler will not be accepted for refunds.

When MillsKennedyJewelry.com receives any returned merchandise, it will be fully inspected by a GIA Certified Gemologist to insure the item has not been altered, damaged, worn, cleaned or polished in any way.

Items returned may be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original packaging and /or in salable condition.

Please allow 14 days for the processing of your return.

Please note the reason for your return on the front of you packing slip. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship, prepaid and insured, to:
